Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I recently received my new laptop and encounters some issues :

- no sound even the driver seems  installed 

- i get this message when im trying to install any (not only sound) driver(last versions from hp website)

 

"The driver is not supported on this OS version 10.0.19042"

ok, sound is now working but weird, low volume even i put everything maximum and impossible to access to B&O software...
