NB PC Pavilion Gaming 15 - ocD106AX - 1AGXBPASAC1
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased NB PC Pavilion Gaming 15 laptop on 26/08/2020 for my son. During purchasing the dealer told us that being student my son will eligible for 1 year extended warranty free beside normal 1 year warranty. We were not interested for further 1 year warranty against paying money. As per his advised my son sent his I Card of his college to his Whatsapp number given by him.

On 19/07/2021 we visited the same HP World store of Avni River Side Mall for checking the said Laptop due to it's camera is not functioning and finally necessary Report to HP. The said/same person of the store has informed us that the said laptop having only 1 year normal warranty and not the 1 year extended warranty as a student. The reason is that he sent an email to my son's email and my son did't give any feedback to him. But during purchasing we were not informed/aware about the sending and feedback of said emails.

Even still my son is student and why he will be deprived from getting the 1 year free extended warranty?
