Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, I am dealing with 90b boot error at my laptop omen 15 ek-0000nc about 1 week after warranty. CPU and GPU fan is not moving. I have tried already standard things as cleaning vents from dust, update BIOS, replacement for a new set of fans, hard reset. Nothing had positive effect, both fans remain still. Diagnostic in BIOS doesn't show problems with motherbord, only ventilation problems on both fans can not be provided. It seems to me some kind of mb problem (however Win11 is operating correctly) or power supply problem? Is there any way or trick how to make it run? Thanks for advice.

@BZ-40

Error 90b means its fan(s) won't work. The following guide is for Business class machines, but should work for other machines too

Thanks Banhien for reply,

this guide I know, I did these steps before without any change.

I would normaly expect that at least one of them will start do something, But there is no spining at all. I tried replace fans for a new one and nothing,  So to me it is motherbord problem thich does not comunicate with fans or doesn't give electrical power. But I would expect that in a case of motherbord problem it diagnostict will find out or al least OS will not run properly. So it is confusing.
