HP Recommended

It started with inaccessible boot device
had to reset optane volume since it showed incomplete optane volume
reimaged windows 10
now showing 26 gb since it's switched to sata instead of ahci

attempted to use intel rst program to change sata to ahci
unable to run SetupRST.exe since it starts a boot loop
tried resetting cmos to fix boot loop
nothing shows up in diskpart
load HP factory default keys is greyed out 
can't change sata to ahci from bios since advanced option is unavailable
What do you recommend?
