same problem as many others. while gaming temp. reaches 97 Celsius (omen 15) .tried everything but no results and the temp. makes gaming difficult with too much stuttering.

anyone found solution other than putting it comfort mode rather than performance mode (which did not work)?

Hello,
I understand how frustrating that can be! Here are a few additional steps you can try to manage the temperature: red humana exito

  1. Clean the Fans: Dust buildup can cause overheating. Clean the fans and vents.

  2. Elevate the Laptop: Use a cooling pad to improve airflow.

  3. Undervolt the CPU: Reducing the CPU voltage can lower temperatures without significantly impacting performance.

  4. Check for Background Processes: Ensure no unnecessary background processes are running.

If these don't help, it might be worth contacting HP support for further assistance.

Best Regards,
