Product: Hp omen 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I just bought a Hp omen RTX edition and received it yesterday. But I have noticed that the omen command center key is not working and even windows key is not working sometimes. Have been through some discussions saying to reinstall omen command center but it doesn't seem to work and it's updated to the latest version.

Yep, HP says to reinstall the Omen Command Center and thats it.

Its been messed up since it originally came out and I am highly doubtful HP will ever find a fix.

Sorry I dont have better news.

It is really a bad experience to get something brand new and have something not functioning as they should and worse is the manufacturer not doing anything to resolve it
