i dont have all the options on the omen command cenCapture d’écran (1).pngter how do i fix this ?

Depending on hardware configuration of your machine, you won't get all options/features of OCC. Not all Omen machines are the same.

my friend and I have the same omen laptop. but he got the options like comfort and all but I didnt
