hello, i can't find anymore the omen command center after reinstaling windows 10, tried to install ot from the microsoft store but there is features missing in it. i need some help please

What features are missing? Posting a screen shot of the OCC will help a lot.

 

Go to All Settings>Updates and Security and click on the Check for updates button, even if Windows shows its up to date. This will force Windows to search. There are most likely some updates the OCC needs to work that can only be downloaded this way.
