omen command center not doing its job

Hey guys hope everyone is okay.

I just got my Omen 15 yesterday and it was working fine. But a while after the omen command center was not working properly. By that i mean that i cannot change anything on it. If I set the fan speed to max for example it does nothing to the laptop, same for the performance mode i cannot put it on. I dont know much about laptops but I tried to reinstall windows and did all the updates possible, I even reinstalled the drivers.  I also noticed on Softpaq that my laptop does not get recognized, maybe it has something to do with it?

I hope one of you guys can help me with my problem, i'm really struggling to find a solution right now as I cannot find anything on the internet.

Some features are valid for some models/products only. You have to wait for few more OCC versions, when I don't know but they will come.

The thing is my omen command center was working fine  but then sudddenly it stoped working and now it does not affect my laptop. I tried every update possible but nothing works why is that?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

  • 1) In the search box, type and open "Uninstall a Program". 
  • 2) Look for OMEN Command Center. 
  • 3) Right-click to uninstall. 
  • 4) Restart the computer. 
  • 5) Install the OMEN Command Center from this link.

Let me know how that goes.

Thank you for the suggestion but it is still not working. Now the omen command center even shows my CPU's and GPU's temperatures as -1, and it is still not working properly, all the updates are done, when i go on the HP support assistant, everything is up to date. I even did an update of the BIOS yesterday but still nothing.

Please I'm still having problems with my software and I can't control my fan speed. It is really annoying especially when gaming. Can I please get an answer from the support? I was told i would get an aswer under 24 or 48 hours, its been more than 4 days. This issue is really ruining my experience.

It's been more than a week and I still did not get any answer from the support. This is not serious, your support team told me to wait 24-48 hours. My issue is still here and it is really annoying. This is my first HP purchase and I am starting to regret it.

Can I get a reply???? My laptop is still not working ?? Its been 2 weeks and still no answer from the support??? Will this issue ever get fixed?
