Hello@inflictin
I need to know which Omen product you have first. Go to Start and open the HP Support Assistant. Tell us what the Product Number is please.
Thanks.

Ok, Your model number is OMEN by HP - 15-ce001na.
Uninstall what ever version of the Omen Command Center is installed. You can do this by typing programs in the Search bar and hitting Enter. Find the Omen Command Center and uninstall it.
Go to this link and reinstall the latest version... Get OMEN Command Center - Microsoft Store
Next, go to Windows All Settings>Updates and Security and click on the Check for Updates button. Even if it shows its up to date, force it to look for more.
The HP Support Assistant can tell you what version of the bios is installed.
Open the HP Support Assistant and click on your computer model. Then click on Specifications to see the info.
The bios should be version F.18. If its not, use this link to download the bios update and install it...
Then see if it shows any other updates and install them too.
When you are done, reboot the computer.
See if the OCC will work now.
If not, type Services in the Search bar and hit Enter.
Scroll down to HP Omen HSA and make sure its set to Running Automatic.
Hope that helps.
