I asked zonealarm support back in Dec 2021 about the issue I had with omen gaming hub not opening and finally they fixed it. you need to install the zonealarm next gen latest version (3.4.34) and you will be able to run omen gaming hub. I saw some users suggesting to uninstall the zonealarm extreme security and switch to something else, but now you don't need to.
