If the performance mode is not appearing in the OMEN Gaming Hub but your laptop supports it, you can try the following steps to resolve the issue:

 

Update OMEN Gaming Hub: Ensure that your OMEN Gaming Hub software is up to date. You can do this by searching for OMEN Gaming Hub in the Microsoft Store and checking for updates.

 

Restart the Application: Close the OMEN Gaming Hub completely and then restart it. Sometimes, a simple restart of the software can resolve display issues.

 

Check Power Settings: Ensure that your laptop is set to 'High Performance' in the Windows power settings. You can access this by typing "Power & Sleep Settings" in the Windows search bar, clicking on "Additional power settings," and selecting 'High Performance.'

 

Reinstall OMEN Gaming Hub: If updating or restarting does not resolve the issue, try reinstalling the OMEN Gaming Hub. Uninstall the application from your system and then reinstall it from the Microsoft Store.

 

Check for System Updates: Ensure your Windows operating system is fully updated as some features in OMEN Gaming Hub might require the latest Windows updates to function correctly.

 

Graphics Driver Update: Ensure that your graphics drivers are updated to the latest version. You can update drivers through the HP support website or via the NVIDIA/AMD website, depending on your GPU.

 

Check OMEN Gaming Hub Features: Note that some features are available only on select products. Ensure that your laptop model supports performance mode in the OMEN Gaming Hub.
