Hey there! @ChargerSRT64, Thank you for visiting the HP Forums! A great place where you can find solutions for your issues, with help from the community!

I understand you would like to know if you can use a USB-C monitor to your PC and does it use integrated or dedicated GPU.

Don't worry I'd like to help you out.

Did you make any software or hardware changes on your PC?

Splendid analysis and remarkable patience shown. It is immensely appreciated.

The USB ports are connected to the system board. And it uses both Internal and discrete GPU on your PC.

I have checked the specifications of the PC and it is shipped with 1 Mini DisplayPort™; 1 RJ-45; 1 USB 3.1 Type-C™

The USB-C port can be used to connect a display device that has a USB Type-C connector, providing DisplayPort output.

Refer the product specification page of your PC to know more information. Click Here

Refer the laptop user guide to know more information. Click Here

Note: Refer page 6 for more information

Let me know if this works!

Have a wonderful day ahead! 🙂
