Hello @LMessi10
Please post the full model or product number of your Omen.
You can find it in the HP Support Assistant. Don't post the serial number.
If you rapidly tap the F2 key at power on, you will probably see the HP Diagnostics menu open up.
If so, go to component tests and run the power test for both the AC adapter and the battery.
What are the results?

OK thanks. That model is 3 years old now and its possible the battery has come to its end of life, especially if its been used a lot.
Run the diagnostics if you can, it will help determine if the battery is bad.
If you dont have the full diagnostics at startup, you can download it to Windows and run it also.
