i was frustrated about my laptop. it still not charging even though i have been replacing the battery twice and reinstalling the bios etc etc. i am getting tired of this. even when i try to contact them back, i am stuck on the previous session which does not allow me to chat them via online.
i don't know what to do know. this means that my omen should be installing bios every single time if i want to charge my laptop. what a shame.
Also, the amount of time that I should give up because the laptop will be sent to the factory which makes me regret buying hp product now.
I need a solution not a repetition of work.
this is my number case: [edited]
