Witam, przyszedł mi świeżo zakupiony HP Omen, wszystko było by ok gdyby nie to że po podłączeniu zasilacza do gniazda ładowania wyskakuje komunikat "podłączony, nie ładuje" Po kliknięciu na ikonkę baterii, stan naładowania wskazuje 0% oraz komunikat brak ładowania. Proszę o pomoc, pozdrawiam.

Hello, I came recently bought HP Omen, everything would be ok if not that after connecting the power supply to the charging socket pops up the message "connected, does not load" When you click on the battery icon, the state of charge indicates 0% and the message does not load. I am asking for help, greetings.

I see that your experiencing issue with HP Omen computer. 

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824 (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
  • Are you facing this problem right after you set up your new PC?
  • Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?
  • Have you performed Windows update on your PC?

While you respond to that, I recommend you to perform the following steps to isolate the issue and arrive at a fix:

Performing Hard reset Removable Battery:

1) Shutdown the computer.  

2) Unplug all the Adapter and peripherals connected.  

3) Remove the Battery.  

4) Press and hold down the power button for 15 to 20 seconds.  

5) Plug-in the Adapter and put the Battery back into the computer.  

6) Try to turn on the computer.  

 

Built-in Battery:

1) Shutdown the computer.  

2) Unplug all the Adapter and peripherals connected.  

3) Press and hold down the power button for 15 to 20 seconds.  

4) Plug-in the Adapter.  

5) Try to turn on the computer.
