I have purchased my new gaming laptop on 27.06.2025 but I have some doubt as mention below:-

1. Bundled warranty coverage is showing as valid from 08.04.2025 to 07.04.2026

2. Factory warranty coverage is showing as valid from 13.12.2024 to 16.01.2026

3. Factory warranty coverage is showing as valid from 13.12.2024 to 16.04.2025 (expired)

I notified a moderator of the warranty problem.

If you did not register your product with HP when you bought it then the warranty you are seeing is based on date of manufacture, not date of purchase. You can update the warranty status by contacting HP and providing a proof of purchase.

If you purchased a used or refurbished system you need to check with the vendor (which could be HP).

I understand you have a brand new Gaming Pc congratulations on purchasing a new device,  and I understand you have trouble with the warranty. I will surely try to get all the help. Please share the invoice copy and Pc details in a Private message so I can try to find and get all the help.
 

Please help us with your HP unit serial number or the product number in a private message for further assistance.
