Hello! 2 months ago I bought an HP Omen 17 laptop. The laptop was new and undamaged. It arrived with missing paint on the edges of the housing and a small dent, and after 2 months the paint began to peel off. After informing the manufacturer about this incident, he refused to provide me with a warranty. After checking the warranty status in the HP Support application, it showed that it works normally for my product, while on the website it shows that it has expired. Please tell me what to do in this situation.
