i have omen 16 laptop which supports ddr5 5600 by official manual but when i installed new ddr5 5600 rams with higher density (initially ddr5 4800 16gb (8gb x 2)) the device still runs at 4800mhz what could be reason and how to solve it?

According to the notebooks that come under the 755F7AV product number you posted, they come with Intel i7-13700HX processors.
That processor can only run the memory at a maximum speed of 4800 MHz which is why HP installed a DDR5-4800 MHz memory chip in your notebook.

There is nothing you can do to have the DDR5-5600 memory run any faster than 4800 MHz.
Hopefully, you didn't pay more for the DDR5-5600 memory than you would have for a DDR5-4800 memory chip.
