Hi @mehrdadomen,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Hi, I understand your OMEN 16 (b-0013dx) keeps restarting randomly whenever you install the OMEN Gaming Hub, even after reinstalling Windows and updating drivers/BIOS. Let’s go through some steps to try fixing this:

Clean Install OMEN Gaming Hub-Uninstall the current app, restart, then reinstall it from the Microsoft Store only. Avoid older versions or third-party downloads.

Check OMEN SDK Package – The Gaming Hub requires the OMEN SDK/Services package. In Apps & Features, confirm “OMEN SDK Package” is installed. If not, reinstall Gaming Hub.

Update Windows – Run Windows Update and install all optional updates, including device drivers.

Run HP Support Assistant – Install and run HP Support Assistant to pull in any pending system or firmware updates.

Disable Background Apps – Temporarily disable other third-party monitoring/overclocking tools (like MSI Afterburner) as they can conflict with OMEN Hub.

Run Hardware Diagnostics – Restart and press F2 > run HP Diagnostics, especially System Test > Extensive Test, to rule out hardware issues.

I hope this helps.
