BIOS F.10 has released.  Please try installing it to resolve the shutdown issue. We strongly recommend you to upgrade to BIOS F.10 rather than downgrading it to F.05

From what I can see from everyone elses experience, no.

One person claimed he could downgrade it. But in my experience, if you have trouble downgrading a bios to begin with and you try to force it anyways, you might end up bricking the motherboard. So I would play it safe and wait, no matter what someone else claims. My humble opinion.

Very cute setting me up with your solution. But you are posting something from a third party site that we would have no way of knowing is trust worthy. Anyone reading this, use at your own risk.

can someone from the HP team confirm this? its been a month and what you do was just removing the f08 bios update form the official site.
