@Sankarcr, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Please try connecting your HP Victus laptop to an external monitor using HDMI or DisplayPort and observe the following:

  • If the external monitor also flickers, the issue likely lies with the GPU (graphics card), motherboard, or an internal component—not the screen itself.
  • If the external monitor works perfectly fine, then the problem is isolated to the built-in display circuitry

Also, refer to this guide: HP Notebook and All-in-One PCs - Troubleshooting screen issues (Windows 11, 10) | HP® Support

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
