Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

dear sirs

after 2 month using  my laptop .. once i switch my display to 144hz ....   the screen got  a batch on it the the lap and display freeze. 

does anyone have a solution please ?

What is your HP Pavilion Gaming 15-dk10000 machine ? Does it natively support 144Hz monitor ?

I'm sorry the correct model is : hp pavilion 15dk1035me  and it works on 144hz natively .
