when i try to install my gaming mouse (corsair gaming - scimitar RGB MOBA/MMO gaming mouse), he starts installing and when he gets to 58% he gets stuck moments later he shuts down.

 

how can i install the software?

the stop code is Driver Power State Failure

First i really want to thank the Support of HP.

I found the solution in 1 of your other posts.

There was 1 driver that wasnt updated ( NVIDIA- GEFORCE GTX) that caused the problem.

with the info of the other post i was able to find the problem and update the driver.

 

everything works now i'm so happy 😄

I understand you have some issues Installing the Gaming mouse software on your computer.

I would request you to download the driver and software directly from the manufacturer's website and install the same on your computer.

It is the only way  to install the software.

but still the same happens.

 

it goes al ok until i get here.

Thanks for the response.

Have you tried installing the same Mouse a different PC? Please try installing the Mouse on a different PC and let me know if you still have the same issue.

yes i did instal it on my previous laptop and on that 1 it worked without problem.

 

it was a windows 8pc that was updated to windows 10
