Product: HP Pavilion Gaming 15 21B56EA#AKD
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have problem with headset, my microphone is very very silent. I set microphone loud in windows to 100. this headset is working on any other device.  I tried 2 different headsets, same problem. 

 

I tried to download drivers from HP support site but I got message that it's not working with my operating system windows 10 64 bit (but according to HP site drivers are dedicated for Windows 10 64 bit)

I checked again, same situation with buiilt-in microphone. 

When I try skype test call I can barely hear myself. 

 

Also in windows setting if I am speaking very loud to microphone (built-in or headset) sound is on very minimum level as shown on below screen
