slow laptop on battery

When I use my laptop on battery it produces so much heat and also lags in playing 60 fps video. while my laptop support 144 fps and I can't understand why it is happening. I have16 GB ram I 7 9gen processor and RTX 2060. after having these good specs it still lagging it still overheating and lagging. need help with this issue?

Apologize for the issue with the display. We understand it's a gaming notebook lets try a few troubleshooting steps to fix the issue.

We don't suspect that its an issue with the battery,

Check for the BIOS update?

Tried Adding the game to High performances in the Nivida control panel?

Download GEFORCE EXPERIENCE updates the gaming drivers.

Turn on Game Mode. Game Mode is a new feature in Windows 10 Update that improves gaming performance by limiting background processes and programs from using system resources while a game is running.

Press the Windows key and G to open the Game bar.

In the game bar, click Settings.

Click the check box next to the game title to enable Game Mode for that game.

Plug notebook PCs into an AC adapter to give the graphics card more power.

I am facing issues that my youtube video lag when I play on battery, As it is not to cope up with the fps. so i want help in that sector that is why I am not able to play 60 fps YT video on battery

Youtube related setting is based on the internet speed and video upload and we are not able to guarantee the FPS online videos.
