ok im having such a hard time with it but im getting it little by little i need to know the fastest and most efficient way to re download all my drivers and firmware for my computer plz

What is the full product number of your Omen? If its messed up, you can still find the info on restart.

Rapidly tap the F1 key at power-on until the info menu opens, same way if you were to open the bios at boot.

 

IF someone compromised your system, the best thing to do is clean reinstall Windows. Otherwise you might continue having one problem after another.

You would need an 8 GB USB stick and use this tool to make the installer... Create media Windows 10 

When you install Windows, choose a Custom install and delete all the partitions, then let windows continue with what its doing.
