sometime i have to work so longer on laptop. so battery drops down every after 3 hrs. Is there any problem if i use my laptop keep on connecting charger for long time? or does it kills battery span? or shall i keep it charging every after 3 hrs?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the battery issue. 

 

You can leave the AC Adapter plugged-in while as the Notebook PC won’t “overcharge” the battery — it will stop charging when it reaches capacity.
