Hi! I've been having sound problems on my PC gamer for almost a week now.
I didn't change anything in terms of drivers and overnight I didn't have any sound on some games like Destiny 2 or Sea of Thieves to name a few.
What surprises me is that it's not a problem that comes from the game but very clearly from Realtek, overnight it didn't work anymore, and some games continued to work (I tried Minecraft to see and it works without problems).
Attempting to uninstall the driver and then reinstall it again has still not worked.
PERFECTLY and without me knowing why the sounds of the games came back randomly, but today everything is again without sound.
I am addressing you here because I have noticed that similar problems have been encountered quite often by forum users against Realtek, and above all it exceeds my skills I no longer know what to do.
If you have encountered this problem and you have a solution to make the sound come back as before I am a taker!
Thank you in advance for your help, I will provide all the necessary details.

I have been have the same exact problem, and I also noticed it has happened to World of Warcraft since I just got back onto it yesterday since the expansion dropped. Omen is or was the brand used by the Overwatch league which is a Blizzard game, I would think you would make sure the components in the computers and laptops you send out would at less work with Blizzard games. I hope there is a fix soon.
