anyone with a solution of spam on pause play icon on all media platforms. like continuously pressing it over and over again

My HP OMEN 16 started having a problem in  today. Whenever i play a video, be it in a browser or in any player in my PC, the video keep play-pausing rapidly. I ran all kinds of Hardware diagnostic tools Still the problem has persisted.
