Could someone please tell me who is the ssd manufacturer and where i can download encryption software for the ssd.

Hello @MorningShow 

HP might have installed one of several brands/models of drive.

You can download one of a number of free system information tools to find what drive is installed. Speccy or HWInfo are a couple of good ones and are free to use.

 

As far as drive encryption goes, you will probably have to look into a 3rd party solution. There are many out there and sorry, that's a subject I wont get into recommending. You need to decide what will suit you best.
