Hi i am trying to add a bigger SSD to my pc i have tried to add a Samsung 980 PRO SSD with Heatsink 2TB PCIe Gen 4 and a WD_BLACK SN850X 2TB M.2 2280 Game Drive with Heatsink PCIe Gen4, when they are installed  PC boots but will not go into windows it just hangs... my understanding the Gen4 were backwards compatible to Gen 3 but i am unable to make my PC boot into windows with these drives. any help would be great.
