Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

im using agaming laptop for almost 2yrs recently the laptop screen blacks out and system is still running the fan is running too hot battery area is hot and after some times it stops so we can notice that battery is completely drained ; after that  the laptop is working normally when charged
