My battery swelled, I have removed it because it was dangerous could be exploded or leaked because it was punching the back frame could damage it. The battery swelled after 1 year .... which was surprising because I have used many game laptops it never happened in the one-year time span.
Kindly help me how HP can support me in getting a new one?
Secondly, I hardly used it on battery in other words it was always being connected.
what should I do save from the aforementioned situation?
Let's see if HP doesn't support thenI would be the ambassador of other brands.
Regards,
ZubiAsh
