i bought the hp omen 16 laptop and i starting to face in touchpad left click issue. left click was not work and i rise the complaint in warrenty . hp replace my touchpad and after 1 month i face again same issue. and again and again but hp again and again only replace my touchpad 3 to 4 times but dont fix this issue and give very very bad service and hp totlly waste my full or warrenty. after warrenty i rise the complaint again and the ask me for charges. they give me tamporary resolution and make scam with me .i hate HP complany and support and HP costomer care was talk to me in very bad manners and they close my case without resolve and without my permissions and not give permanently solution. i hate HP company and waste my 1.5 lakh. please dont buy this laptops
