Dear Sir or Madam
I hope you're doing well
I have a problem with the touchpad.
I have never seen a problem like this before.
I bought another laptop from HP and I did not have this problem.
I only had this problem with this laptop 'HP OMEN 17'
Suddenly,White spots appeared on the touchpad.I have attached the pictures to you in a PDF file, and these spots are like the paint on the device disappearing!
Fortunately,as of this moment, the spots are only in this area 'Touchpad'.Can you tell me what this is or where I can go to have or paint checked? Because I don't know what to do...
I purchased this laptop on november 22nd. like new laptop and the white spots only in that are maybe the problem from Laptop paint ! I want explanation ...
Thanks in advance
Kind regards,
