HP OMEN Notebook - 15-5010nr (ENERGY STAR)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I haven't been able to access my bluetooth for a very long time. I am unable to toggle my bluetooth on or off and even in device manager i cant find my bluetooth driver. I can only see my bluetooth driver in device manager if only i select the show hidden devices option. I have opened the hp website, typed my laptop serial number and i am still unable to find my bluetooth. Usually with other laptops, you can find your bluetooth driver under the Driver network option but i cant find driver network with my laptop. I used to have bluetooth but it just dissappeared. please i need help
