HP Recommended

Firstly my inbuild window is 10 but due to more heating issue my o.s got crashed and i am unable to boot while trying to install window 10 then after that i try with window 8.1 but with this i am unable to update my bios if once i will be able to update the bios then i will be able to update bios then i will be able to update from window 8.1 to window 10.
