Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

i brought laptop still under warranty , hp 15-ec2150ax , RAM - DD4 3200 mhz, 8 GB, my question is my laptop is dual channel or not, ? how to check it?, and i want to upgrade my ram upto 32 GB can i upgrade  32gb ,this laptop is support 32 ? please help

Hi:

 

Your notebook runs the memory in dual channel mode as long as you have matching capacity memory installed in both slots (2 x 4 GB, 2 x 8 GB for example).

 

Your notebook does support 2 x 16 GB of DDR4-3200 memory as indicated in chapter 1 of the maintenance and service guide on your notebook's support page.
