so i just bought the HP Pavilion gaming 15-ec1051AX with 512 GB SSD and nothing more and i couldn't find any HDDs with 7200 rpm. so i thought of adding another 500GB SSD , the laptop supports upto 1TB of SSD and i wanted to know that if i add a 500GB to the already existing 512 GB will it not work or will i be able to use 1TB+12GB. I know that 12 GB ain't a lot but if it means i can't use my laptop then its bad. Help Chad Daddies. Thank you. UwU

It does support dual storage with M.2 NVMe SSD + 2.5" HDD/SSD. It has  512 GB PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD now that means you can add 2.5" SATA HDD/SSD to your machine but you need Hard drive connector/cable part # L72698-001. Page 33 of the following Guide will show you more info:
