I have bought my laptop on July 2019 but when I check in warranty details it's showing warranty from aug2018. I try to dispute that but nothing happens. today I try to dispute that again, since I have extended warranty from HP , but there dispute option is not available. I should have 21 month left of my warranty but its showing just 13 month. Can you please guide me what should I do?
