Just bought this laptop today on Black Friday from Shoppers Drugmart in Niagara Falls and battery wont charge. So I started to do update then diagnostic and HP Assistant say battery need to be replace. And then I find out warranty started in Nov 2019. But today is November 26th, 2022 and we just bought this laptop around 9am today. Please fix this so we can do RMA for battery. I knew we should have stuck with Asus. Been more 3 yrs since I last own HP laptop. or recommend your brand to m
