Hi, what happens to HP Warranty when you upgrade from Windows 10 home to pro?

Hi@RM333US, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Opening the notebook and upgrading it will not violate the warranty unless you damage something.    You need to be able to return the notebook to its original hardware configuration in the case of any required warranty repair and changing operating system that will not violate the warranty.
