Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

While gaming, I noticed that when i hold down up arrow after couple seconds it releases itself. even if i continue to hold it, it just stops working. like it loses connection.

And it doesn't happen in only one game, it happens everywhere.

Its happening with L SHIFT as well, so might be with every other button, I haven't checked yet.

I tried  to change everything in keyboard settings, and in ease of access for keyboard. any suggestions how could i fix the problem?

I tried filter keys on, and off.... nothing. for now i have everything off in ease of access.
