when is hp gonna fix this **bleep** issue?or, give us refund who recently bought this laptop

I recently bought this laptop(hp pavilion gaming 15 ec-0104ax).I used this laptop for one week with fine,there was no issue.But one day i received an update from hp and now i cant play any game well it's automatically hibernates and shut down.And now when i came here in this community i saw many old descriptions of many people's same problem like me, i am able to know its the problem with BIOS F.08 which i have updated also.Why there is no solution yet ?It's been a while since the first issue discussed here!!This so sad and now i don't believe in hp like before.ALL I WANT IS NOW REFUND.I want my money back.
