HP OMEN 15-ce056na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Product name OMEN by HP Laptop 15-ce0xx / 15-ce056na to be precise.

Place between my space key and trackpad appears to be swollen so I assume my battery is swollen and causing this. I searched hp store and hp parts but I cant find this battery from any source of hp. I found some on amazon but I don't know if they are safe. Like this https://www.amazon.co.uk/BattPit-917678-1B1-917678-2B1-917724-855-HSTNN-DB7W/dp/B07G37J664

So my question is how can I find the original batteries provided by hp or is there any way to know if a battery provider's battery is safe to buy. (any suggestions other than hp?)

My second question is does it make sense to remove my battery and use notebook on charge just to be safe.

Thanks ❤️

The specs of your machine is

It uses   4-cell, 70 Wh Li-ion battery, same as other 15-ce0xx machines. Part is not available from HP

You have to buy elsewhere and I believe Amazon is a good vendor. I used to buy from Amazon in the US, they stopped ship to Down Under few years ago because now they have Amazon Aus. Unfortunately all goods are more expensive than getting elsewhere.
