I was completely read the description of laptop before purchase , in there not mention about 2gb ram reserved in hardware. So I want use fully 8gb ram in my laptop in any how because I paid for this.

Here is why the 2 GB of memory is reserved...

 

Your notebook was designed that way on purpose.

 

HP released this document a while back, which explains the memory shortage...

This seems to only apply to some models with the AMD Ryzen 3xxx processors.

The only workaround would be to install additional memory.

When i bought this laptop online there was no mention of memory being reserved by amd chip. I thought i was buying a 8gb ram laptop and now got to know that only 6gb is available. My pc is lagging and running out of ram memory constantly. You guys should have mentioned this thing in the description but there was no mention of it. You guys cheated me. It is you responsibility so now you have to solve this. I was full 8gb of ram a
