Hi @snarkey8383838,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The RSOD (Red Screen of Death) on laptops, such as your HP OMEN 16 (XF0011AX), typically indicates a critical hardware or system issue. Here’s how you can approach troubleshooting this problem.
Update Graphics Drivers:
- Outdated or corrupt graphics drivers can cause screen issues. Ensure the GPU drivers are updated by downloading the latest version from the official NVIDIA or AMD website, depending on your graphics card.
System Updates:
- Check for and install any pending Windows updates. Keeping your system updated can resolve known bugs and enhance stability.
Hardware Diagnostics:
- Use HP's built-in diagnostics tool to check for hardware issues. Restart your laptop and repeatedly press the Esc key until the Startup Menu appears. Select the "System Diagnostics" option to run tests on components like the memory and hard drive.
RAM and Hardware Re-seating:
- RSOD can sometimes be caused by improperly seated hardware. If you are comfortable, check that RAM and other components are seated correctly. Ensure the power is off and the battery is removed (if applicable) before doing this.
Temperature Check:
- Ensure that your laptop is not overheating. Overheating can lead to hardware malfunctions. Clean out any dust from the vents and ensure the cooling system is functioning correctly.
Check Warranty Status:
- Since you bought the laptop last year, it might still be under warranty. Check your warranty status on the HP Support Website by entering your device serial number.
Factory Reset:
- As a last resort, performing a factory reset can resolve software-related issues, though it will erase your personal data. Ensure backups are made before proceeding.
By following these steps, you should be able to diagnose whether the RSOD issue is due to software or hardware.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

How?? I already bring it to service center hp official and the motherboard is already replaced a few month ago. I do reinstall all the driver like nvidia and amd (since its use amd ryzen 9 and rtx 5070) and its just same. So, the solution is not helping me.
I already checked the warranty status from hp app on my laptop, warranty is already expired because its already 1 year
