windows10 update issue.

HP Recommended
Pavilion gaming 1050ax
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

windows update always fails and a blue screen appears saying:

stop code: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

what failed: AMDRyzenMasterDriver.Sys 

i am not able to update to windows10 version2004 could anyone help?

Please perform a clean install Windows 10 using the following tool:

 

            https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Note: You can use USB, DVD or simply ISO file to install

 

When install please check and tick to keep users data/files and apps/programs.

 

After that, run few Windows Updates (let's say 15 mins apart).

will my windows get deactivated? and will it void my laptop warranty (still 11months left)?

or should i go to a service center? please help.
