HP Support Assistant stopped working so I followed the guidance and reloaded HP Support Assistant.
HP Support Assistant now opens but when I check for Updates and messages it does not appear to complete, as only conecting to HP server is ticked all others have a cross.
It appears to me that it is not picking up messages or updates can you let me know what needs to be done to correct this.

Hi @JohnCordwell. Welcome to HP Support forums. Please let me know how the Support assistant program was reinstalled?
Was it online download or through the recovery manager?
